Golang Job: Engineer Manager

As Engineering Manager Front End (m/f/d) you'll influence technical decision making, drive prioritization and execution while managing outstanding engineers in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment. Your primary focus area will be the web content platform, the foundation of our planet-scale SIXT website, including static site generator with React components, headless CMS, split testing and building an architecture for fast rendering millions of pages. You will also drive the whole web engineering community inside SIXT, as well as be an ambassador in the worldwide developer community.

• You have built and managed engineering teams
• You have strong engineering experience in TypeScript, React, Gatsby.js/Nexts.js, Node.js or backend languages like Java, C#, Golang
• You have AWS skills and know about S3, EC2, CloudFront, Route 53
• You have experience in big scaled web projects
• You demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management
